Respecting Ordinances, &c. :

1. That the Legislative Council with the Governor have power to fix. a price for wheat and flour. Suggests that a proclamation should prohibit the exportation of these articles when the price exceeds the regulation.

2. Approve of the regulation of fees in civil cases. The Attorney General has no cause to complain. The regulations should be made permanent.

3. Expressing disapprobation of his not communicating to the Council the instructions he was desired to communicate to that body. Part of the instructions designed to prevent the abuse of choosing a select number from the Council under the name of a Privy Council. (Page 23) – SN: 047013
