			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A month ago, I began appending the manuscripts to the letters and documents in the Series 41, 136, 137, 139, etc.  Experience prove it was a bad idea, since many users of this site cannot access the PDF, who are too &#8220;heavy&#8221;. So I stopped it.</p>
<p>The plan B is on its way. I started digging in my collection of transcripts, about 2 000 letters and documents total&#8230; Work in progress, see <a href="b-121-correspondence-with-officers-commanding-at-detroit-1776-to-1783">Serie B.121</a>.</p>
